Goods can only be returned by arrangement. You have 7 working days from the receipt of your order in which to return any item to us. In all cases the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging and any faulty items must be reported to us immediately.
However we can not accept returns of customised garments that are not faulty.
Once we have received your returned goods and checked them, we will refund your money in full
using the same method by which you paid. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refund to show in your account.
If, for any reason, you wish to do so you do have the right to cancel any order you have placed (other than in respect of goods made to your own specification and clearly personalised). Where the goods have been delivered to you, you may cancel them up to 7 working days starting from the day after the goods were received, in line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
All goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so please ensure you package your returns to prevent any damage.
